Scope of Works: Vessel Insulation & Cladding

ThermClad was appointed to deliver full insulation and cladding works on a stainless-steel tank system. The project involved pipework, boxing and vessel coverage, with thermal insulation applied throughout. All works were completed using stainless steel cladding, ensuring a clean, professional finish.

Materials & Process

• Insulation: Applied Rockwool H&V pipe sections and Rockwool 60Kg BCO slabs for thermal control
• Cladding: Finished with 0.8mm stainless steel cladding.
• Fixings & Accessories: Anti Chloride paint, stainless banding, seals, SS rivets.

Outcome

All works were completed with stainless steel cladding finish across all surfaces. The result is a robust, compliant system that reflects ThermClad’s commitment to quality, reliability, and local expertise.
