Scope of works: Vessel Insulation & Cladding

ThermClad was commissioned to deliver full insulation and cladding works on a compressor heat reclaim system. The scope included intricate pipework and vessel coverage, demanding precision fitting and fully compliant thermal protection throughout.

Materials & Process

Thermal Insulation

• Rockwool H&V Pipe Sections for consistent thermal control and sound absorption across pipework
• 60Kg BCO Rockwool Slabs for vessel coverage, supporting both heat retention and acoustic dampening

Cladding System

• 0.9mm Stucco Aluminium Sheets for a clean, durable vessel and pipe finish
• BCO Aluminium and Foil Tape for vapour sealing and finish detailing

Fixings & Accessories

• Stainless Steel Banding and Seals for secure, compliant installation
• Aluminium Rivets (9/m² coverage) for structural integrity
• Pipeline Identiband for clear system identification
