Scope of works: Thermal insulation and cladding for upgraded ventilation systems

ThermClad was appointed to deliver full insulation and cladding works on an upgraded ventilation system within a high-traffic, compliance-driven environment. The project involved varied ductwork profiles requiring tailored thermal insulation and vapour-resistant sealing. All works were completed with precision, ensuring a clean, compliant finish

Materials & Process

• Insulation: Installed Proclad Covered SLTD PIR Sections in multiple sizes (200×40, 300×40, 350×40, 400×40) for high-performance thermal control across all ductwork.
• Sealing: Applied Proclad Foil Tape to secure, vapour-resistant joints.
• Fixings & Accessories: Used Self-Adhesive Hangers, Lacing Wire, and ID Triangles to ensure compliant, professional installation.
