Scope of Works: Our team supplied and installed tailored insulation solutions across 14 distinct pipework sections.

Materials & Process

Insulation Types:

• Phenolic foam, Rockwool H&V, Mylar-faced and foil-faced variants

Cladding:

• 0.7mm white aluminium sheeting, custom-fabricated for each section

Fixings & Accessories:

• Stainless steel banding, seals, aluminium pure foil, foil tape, and identibands for secure, compliant installation

Outcome

Every metre of pipework was insulated and clad to ThermClad’s exacting standards, ensuring long-term performance, visual consistency, and full spec compliance across all systems.
